Filling and capping line with destacker

Packaging solution for preparation for stock in granules and paste with variable dosage from 150 to 1000 gr, in cylindrical containers and with a rectangular base.

This plant is equipped with 4 vertical storage units for stacking / unpacking lids and containers, complete systems for picking and laying units with suction cups and vacuum units.

Volumetric auger filler suitable for the dosage of granular and pasty products. Auger controlled by a brushless motor with panel adjustment of the dosage values. Level probe with timed dry contact.

Vibrating feeder caps complete with Pick & Place for positioning the cap on the jar; pneumatic presser for final closure of the container.

Production: about 800 pcs / h, depending on the size of the container.
