Packaging plant for bottles from 100 to 1000 ml.

Volumetric filling line, level filling station with vacuum system and capping for 2 sizes of aluminum screw caps (ropp).

Metering station with 6 electronic noozles with brushless movement; touch screen adjustment of suction speed and delivery speed.
Device for final filling at level with 3 (siringhe ) that generates a descent adjustable with vacuum.

Single-head monoblock cap with automatic feeding of the caps through a vibrating tank.

To complete the system, a front / back labeling system for application on cylindrical containers.

Production: about 2000 pcs / h, depending on the product to be dosed.
