Filling, capping and labelling line

The plant is composed of:

– loading plate;

– conveyor belt;

– filling station with 2 dosers and pneumatic anti-drip device;

– capping station with device for closing screw caps;

– labelling line M3005 with No-motorized side counterroller;

– hot stamping unit for overprinting alphanumeric information or logos;

– unloading plate.

This line has been designed for 4 format changes with a dosage range from 50 to 750 ml.

Production: 900 pcs / h. based on the dosage.
