Filling and capping monoblock

In this semi-automatic solution the container is positioned manually in the pneumatic rotary table complete with star, with a fixed rotation speed. The transport star is in anticorodal aluminum with 12 cells for housing the bottles, made of scratch-resistant plastic.

With alternating movement the containers enter the dosing station where 1 syringe for semi-dense liquid products doses the product. The cap is positioned manually and in the capping station is closed with a special screwing unit with a control unit for adjusting the tightening torque.
