Filling and capping monoblock

Plant for cylindrical bottles from 50 to 500 ml.

In the filling group the bottles enter the auger that selects them by synchronizing them with the position of the input star and then conveyed to the filling carousel; a sensor detects the containers and allow to the filling phase.

The full bottle leaves the filling carousel to be transferred to the capping carousel via an intermediate star.

In the capping group, the cap, selected by a centrifugal feeder, is taken from the capping heads with the Pick & Place system and is screwed onto the bottle. The tightening torque can be adjusted using the magnetic clutches mounted on each capping head.

Production: 3800-4000 pcs/h.
