Filling and capping line for tank

Solution for tanks from 1 to 5 lt. with plastic screw cap.

The filling station has 2 electro-pneumatic dosing units with a brushless motor. The line is equipped with PNP gates for stopping and selecting containers on a pneumatic belt.

The positioning of the cap is automatic, the caps inserted in a vibrating cup are connected conveyed in a channel and connected positioned on the tank.

The capping unit is suitable for closing plastic containers with a screw cap, the closing head has a pneumatic locking system.

Production: about 700/900 pcs / h depending on the quantity of product to be dosed.
