Filling, capping and labelling line

The plant consists of:

• loading plate;
• conveyor belt;
• 100 l hopper with probe;
• filling station;
• capping station with device for the closure of screw caps, dispenser and dropper;
• M3010 labelling line with orbital centering device, upper counter-roller and derived side counter-roller;
• unloading plate;

This line has been designed for 5 format changes with dosing range from 50 to 500 ml.

Production: 900 pcs/h based on the dosage.
