Automatic filling and capping line

Solution for packaging containers with capacities from 20 to 500 ml. and screw caps.

The plant is equipped with 1 filling station with 2 volumetric dosers with brushless motor, a capping station with a head and PNP system for stop and selects the container to be capped; motorized loading and unloading plate, conveyor belt to convey the containers to the filling and capping stations.
The positioning of the cap on the container is manual.
There is a touchscreen panel for controlling the dosage and capping settings.
Specifically, this plant is provided to our customers to dose and plug 10 different containers.

Production: about 1000 pcs/h depending on the product and the quantity to be dosed.
