Filling line, Pick & Place system, capping and labeling

The plant consists of:
– loading plate;
– conveyor belt;
– two-cylinder filling station;
– automatic device for loading, positioning the caps (Pick & Place) and cannula centering device;
– capping station with device for closing dispenser caps;
– labeling head with three roll centering system;
– device for lower bottle marking;
– unload plate.

This line, like many of the solutions we design in PMR, is designed to be adapted to different products and containers; format changes are easy and intuitive, so a single system allows you to meet different production needs.
