Filling and capping monoblock

Semi-dense cosmetic packaging solution composed of:
– volumetric doser equipped with a brushless motor, range of doses from 10 to 300 gr .;
– conical hopper with 18 l capacity, complete with level sensor for automatic product loading;
– rotation star with 16 shaped positions with respect to the container to be filled;
– screwing unit for shaped screw caps, with 4-finger capping head;
– automatic cap loader with pick & place system for positioning.

Production: around 1200 pcs/h.
