Filling, sealing and capping line

Plant for packaging cosmetic creams in jars.
Filling station with 4 electro-pneumatic dosing units with plunger for dense and semi-dense products, brushless motorization. Hopper with level sensor and touch panel adjustment of suction speed and delivery speed.

A heat-sealing head is installed in the line to seal the can and protect the product from spillage.
The positioning of the cap is manual, after which the product reaches the capping unit with an adjustable friction-head, suitable for closing plastic containers with screw caps.

Production: about 800/1000 pcs/h.
