Tube filling

Monoblock to fill and weld polythene/laminate tubes for dosages from 2 to 300 ml, tube diameter from 10 to 50 mm, tube length from 60 to 250 mm.

The introduction and orientation of the tubes in the bushes is manual; the machine is equipped with all the accident-prevention guards, a stopping device and a no-fill-tube safety device.

Loading table with 7 positions; the doser is volumetric with pneumatic operation, in AISI 316 steel with 1 dosage nozzle; the sealing unit is composed of 1 heating element, 1 welded pliers, 1 / of the excess part of the welding and scraps collection box.

Production: around 1800 pcs/h.
