Capping and labelling line

Single-head capper suitable for closing glass jars with twist-off cap. Automatic cap loading with pick & place system, PNP system to stop and select the container under the capping head.

Inserted a control system in line to check that there are no foreign bodies inside the container, in the moment that anomalies are highlighted, the can will expelled.

Labelling machine line M3005 for applying wrap-around labels on cylindrical products.
It is possible to set the encoder function, to synchronize the delivery of the label with the speed of product advancement.

All system parameters can be set from the PLC touch screen.

Production: about 1200 pcs / h, depending on the size of the container.
