Filling, Pick & Place system, capping and labelling line

The plant consists of:

– loading plate;
– conveyor belt;
– filling station with two cylinders;
– loading device, automatic positioning of caps (Pick & Place) cannula centering device;
– roller capper for closing dispenser caps;
– labeling head with three-roller centering system;
– m3010 labelling machine installed in line for applying labels on 4 sides;
– unloading plate.

This line is designed to be adapted to various types of products and containers, allowing the dosage from 100 ml up to 1 L; format changes are easy and intuitive; one plant that allows meeting different production needs.

Production: around 1000 pcs/h.
