Filling and capping line

Oil packaging solution in glass dropper containers from 10 to 30 ml.

The system consists of:

– a steel hopper with 50l capacity .;

– a filling station with 2 volumetric dosing units with brushless motor and 1 P&P system for selecting the containers;

– a capping station with 1 closure head for screw cap with magnetic tightening torque and PNP system for stopping and selecting the containers in the capping area. The cap is loaded manually.

The operation of the two stations is managed by touch screen PLC panels.

Production: 1000 pcs / h.
