Complete Filling, Capping and Labeling Line for Home Fragrances – RTE4U

The RTE4U is an integrated automatic line designed for volumetric filling, double capping (inner cap + pre-threaded cap) and front/back labeling of home fragrance bottles.

High-precision modular system engineered for industrial production with high dosing repeatability, torque control and PLC recipe management.

Line Configuration

• 5-chain stainless steel infeed conveyor. Synchronized transport system ensuring bottle stability and continuous operation.
• 4-head volumetric filling station. Dosing range 20–680 cc, high-precision brushless motorization, suction and discharge adjustment via touch screen panel. Anti-drip mushroom nozzles and diving pneumatic slide with anti-foam mode for alcohol-based products and fragrances.
• Dual cap feeding system. Independent management of inner caps and pre-threaded caps to ensure continuity and correct orientation.
• Rotary single-head capping unit with double turret. 1st turret for inner cap insertion; 2nd turret for pre-threaded caps. Hysteresis heads with continuous torque control (±2%), adjustable torque up to 3.4 Nm, intermittent star-wheel movement for maximum positioning accuracy.
• M3010FB front/back labeling machine. Synchronized label application on shaped or cylindrical bottles with high registration accuracy.
• Rotary accumulation table. End-of-line buffer to optimize production flow and facilitate downstream operations.
