Total Brushless automatic capper for screw caps with vertical movement of the capping head by means of motorized cylinder. The brushless motor that drives the motorized cylinder allows you to manage various speeds and various "STEPs" within the single capping cycle, storing all this information for each format, so that they can be easily and quickly recallable by the user. This allows you to considerably reduce the time/cycle by drastically increasing the transfer speed approach and ascent before and after the actual capping operation. The structure of the TTB capper is made of AISI 304 steel and is considerably large, to allow convenient access in adjustment phase and format change. Automatic loading of caps via feeder with vibrating channel tank, cap orientator and Pick & Place device. Production: up to 1500 pcs/h
