Filling, capping and labelling line for juice - RTE4U

Filling, capping and labelling solution for fruit juices, in hexagonal-based plastic containers from 50 - 250 ml. and 1 lt. The system consists of:

• 1 filling station with 2 volumetric dosers with brushless motor and 1 P&P system for selection of containers;
• 1 capping station with 1 capping head for screw cap with magnetic torque and PNP system for the stopping and selection of containers in the capping area. The filling of the cap is manual;
• 1 M3010FB labeling machine for applying double front/back labels;
• container loading and unloading plate.

The operation of the two stations is managed by PLC touch screen panels. Production: 1,800 pcs/h. for 250ml containers.
