Labelelling machine for jars with seal - M3010TS

Automatic industrial labeling machine for applying body and seal labels on cylindrical products. Machine versatile that can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The M3010TS labeller is made up of:

• conveyor belt;
• 2 labeling heads of the ClassicNew series;
• 3-roll centering system;
• seal closing cylinder;
• photocells for managing labels and containers;
• touch screen control panel.

Ideal solution for labeling containers where it is necessary to center the label body with respect to the seal. The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with container loading and unloading plate. Productivity: up to 1,000 pcs./h.
