Capping and labelling line for spices - MCE

The MCE line is an integrated solution for the automatic capping and labelling of glass jars containing spices and granular food products. Designed to ensure efficiency, hygiene, and precision in food packaging, this system is ideal for manufacturers aiming to automate and optimize their production processes.

Automatic Capping Module

The line is equipped with a single-head capping unit, designed for closing glass jars with twist-off or sieve lids. The automatic cap feeding system uses pick & place technology, while the PNP (Position & Presence) system locks and aligns the container under the capping head, ensuring precise and consistent sealing.

An integrated quality control unit checks for the presence of foreign objects inside the containers; if anomalies are detected, the defective jar is automatically rejected.

M3005T Labelling Module

The system includes the M3005T automatic labeller, specifically designed for wrap-around label application on cylindrical containers. Thanks to the encoder function, label application is synchronized with product feed speed. All operating parameters can be managed via a PLC with touch screen interface, ensuring maximum flexibility and ease of setup. Production: Up to 1,200 jars/hour, depending on container dimensions.
