  • prior consent and up to your opposition: for direct marketing activities of the Data Controller, newsletters, market researches or other sample searches and direct sales to receive – through automated means e-mail, fax, MMS messages (Multimedia Messaging Service) or Sms (Short Message Service) or other types, as well as through phone calls by operator and paper mail – information material, for the detection of the satisfaction level, promotional, commercial and advertising material or inherent events and initiatives, by the owner – consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) as the legal basis for processing.

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Navigation data 

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI / URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in the submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

(hereafter “PMR”) allows a constant and extensive in-depth analysis and update on product news, events and its activities at national and international level. Purpose of the treatment

The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purpose of sending the Newsletter and will not be disclosed or given to third parties.The Holder (PMR System Group S.r.l.s.u.), to compare and possibly improve the results of communications, could use systems for sending newsletters and promotional communications with reports. Thanks to the reports, the owner can know, for example: the number of readers, openings, clicks; the number of pending users who have not yet confirmed their registration; the details of the emails sent by date / hour / minute; the details of the e-mails delivered or not, of those forwarded; the list of disabled members to the Newsletter, etc.).

 

Methods for data processing

The collected data are processed using computer tools. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

 

Data retention

Minor of 16 years

Children under 16 cannot provide personal data, pursuant to art. 8 of the Rules. PMR will not be in any way responsible for any untruthful statements that should be provided by the minor.

If the falsity of the declarations made by the minor should be ascertained, the Data Controller will immediately delete any personal data.

 

Safety

The Owner has adopted countless security measures to protect his data from loss, illicit treatment or other abuse. In particular: it has adopted the measures pursuant to articles 32-34 of the Privacy Code – as applicable – and to articles 32 and subsequent amendments of the Regulation, maintaining a high and continuously monitored safety standard.
