Filling, capping and labelling line for tanks - RTE1U

Complete packaging system for 25 kg tanks.

Filling, capping and labelling line composed of:

• 1 dosing station with diving nozzle and connection with nozzle also usable for the washing cycle;
• 1 in-line weighing group for weight control;
• Feeder of caps with Pick and Place device for the automatic positioning of the cap;
• 1 capping station with single head capper suitable for the closure of screw caps;
• 1 labeling station consisting of 2 labeling heads Classic New3 and 1 head Print & Apply, which allows the compilation of labels with variable data;
• Conveyor belts of customized dimensions and configured according to the lay-out of the available space.

The dosing and capping stations are equipped with plexiglass booth, for suction of any vapours generated during dosing.

The entire system is controlled by a touch-screen control panel on the machine, with the possibility of adjusting the dosage.
