Automatic capping monoblock for pressure caps - MC6

Rotary monoblock with 6 heads for capping glass or plastic bottles, with pressure caps.

The capper PMR MC6 is equipped with:

• Loading table of bottles;
• Power supply for vibrating caps placed on external bench with transport of caps by means of a channel;
• Tapping of the caps via Pick and Place device;
• 6 pressure locking heads, made of stainless steel and complete with gripper plug with mechanical opening/ closing command;
• Electronic machine management with Siemens PLC and Touch Screen;
• All the parts are made for the transfer and handling of the bottles are made of polyethylene for minimum wear and quiet operation;
• Machine structure in AISI 304 steel, positioned on height adjustable feet made of high strength material;
• Safety devices stop the machine in case of problem on stars so as not to break or spoil the bottles.
