Monoblock for rinsing, filling and capping spirits - MRFC22

Automatic rinsing, filling and capping monoblock for whiskey and gin bottles. Plant placed on adjustable feet, each part in contact with the product is in AISI 316 steel, and is built according to CE standards. MRFC22 has a filling system with descending valves, an automatic cap feeder, a Pick & Place for the distribution of caps, a single-head capper and the no bottle-no cap device. The machine is complete with electric photocells positioned at the entrance and exit, in case of problems and no arrival of bottles, the machine stops. The electronic control of the machine takes place via a SIEMENS PLC touch screen. Productivity: 2,400 pcs/h. for 750ml bottles
