Filling and capping line for cbd oils - RT2U CBD

Packing solution of oils in 30cc glass dropper bottles. The system consists of:

• 1 steel hopper with a capacity of 50 l.;
• 1 filling station with 2 volumetric dosers with brushless motor and 1 P&P system for the selection of containers;
• 1 capping station with 1 closure head for screw cap with magnetic torque and PNP system for stopping and selecting containers in the capping area. The loading of the cap is manual.

The operation of the two stations is managed by PLC touch screen panels. Production: 1000 pcs/h.
