Filling, capping and labelling line for sugar - RTE1U

Filling and capping line for the packaging of stevia in 400 g pet jars. with screw cap. The cap is loaded manually.

The line consists of:

• rotating loading chamber with electronically variable speed;
• conveyor belt controlled by gear motor unit;
• PNP device for stopping and selecting deposits;
• volumetric auger doser for powder dosage, from 5 to 5000 gr.;
• cap containment tank;
• single-head capper with 1 closing head;
• pneumatic device for blocking the container during screwing.

Production: about 400 pcs/h.
