Filling and capping line for granular paste - RT1U

Filling and capping line with denester, packaging solution for broth preparation in granules and pasty with variable dosage from 150 to 1000 gr, in cylindrical jars and with a rectangular base. This plant is equipped with 4 vertical warehouses for stacking/unstacking lids and containers, complete systems of picking and placing groups with suction cups and empty group. Volumetric auger doser suitable for dosing products granular and pasty. Auger controlled by brushless motor with dosage value adjustment from panel. probe of level with timed clean contact. Vibrating cap feeder complete with Pick & Place for positioning the caps on the jar; pneumatic presser for final closure of the container. Production: around 800 pcs/h, based on container size.
