After a long stop, Interpack is back, one of the most important packaging fairs with exhibitors coming from all over the world and PMR has presented its innovations on this occasion.

The new industrial label Top Label MakeUp, for oriented label application has aroused great curiosity. It is a station created for the cosmetic industry for products such as: rimmel, lipsticks, round cosmetic palette where label has to be placed in reference to a logo or a predefined point. This solution has a speed of 1,800 pcs/h and is equipped with: vision system, conveyor belt, dedicated gripper with sensor for taking and loss of workpiece in the cycle and labeling head PMR ClassicNew.

At the fair PMR also exhibited the labeling lines M3005 and M3010 that in the different declinations and customizations can cover every type of labeling: top, bottom, wraparound, front, back, simultaneous application of double label, coding and overprinting. These lines for years have fully satisfied the Food market, in fact they find an excellent application for the labelling of jars, bottles, bags, packaging of all types and jars with conical shapes.

At Interpack it was also possible to see in operation: PMR RT2U, the automatic filling and capping line for jars with capacities from 20 to 500 ml. and screw caps; the PMR TTR rolls capper ideal for triggers and also suitable for screw and dispensers caps, with a productivity of more than 5,000 pcs. /h. and PMR MC, the rotary capping monoblock for the closure of containers with screw cap or pressure cap.
