Filling and capping line

Plant for packaging stevia in 400 gr pet cans with screw cap. The cap is loaded manually.

The line consists in:
– rotating loading chamber with electronically variable speed,
– conveyor belt controlled by gear motor unit,
– PNP device for stopping and selecting deposits
– volumetric auger doser for powder dosage, from 5 to 5000 gr.
– cap containment tank
– single-head capper with 1 closing head
– pneumatic device for blocking the container during screwing.

Production: about 400 pcs / h.
