Packaging line

Automatic system for packaging oil lamps (various containers of different shapes and sizes) consisting of:

– rotating loading and unloading tables, with electronically variable speed
– conveyor belt controlled by gear motor unit
– filling station with 4 nozzles units
– Pick & Place devices for positioning the caps and the wicks
– 2 capping stations for screw and pressure caps
– 2 labelling stations for wrap-around application and from below

For this system, our engineers have also designed an ad hoc system to ensure that the wick enters the container with extreme precision.

Production: about 1000 pcs / h.
