Capping monoblock for twist off

Single-head capper suitable for closing glass jars with twist-off cap using a single-head turret and the possibility of electronically managing the torque ; automatic feeding of the caps with a vibrating cup at man’s height, cap positioning through the pick & place system.

The parts arranged to transfer and movimentation of the jars are made of HD polyethylene for minimum wear and maximum silence during the operation.

The system is equipped with inlet and outlet photocells, in case of problems and / or absence of the container the machine stops. There is also a level sensor of the caps for the management of the elevator and in case of lack of caps the machine does not start.
